  He was tried and convicted. He also was indicted on several counts of murder, drug trafficking, and violation of RICO statutes.

  Blaise was sent to a maximum security prison, for his role in the murder of Peg, and also Judge Turner.

  Blaise had seen to Ike himself, not trusting Tanner to do the job correctly, after his miss of Derek.

  The Alpha Team discovered cell phone records that placed him in the area, and forensic evidence gathered at the scene proved convincing enough that he was convicted.

  Shortly after his incarceration, he was found dead in his cell.

  Foul play was suspected, but there wasn’t any security video that showed anything substantive.

  There was one interesting side note: Wernher had quit his job shortly before Blaise was discovered.

  He was a grizzled, old salt, and an Admiral. He’d single-handedly developed the protocols for the Alpha Team, and every
